College of Maritime Education Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology Zamboanga City ABSTRACT This is a trend analysis on the results of the BS Marine Technology on OIC Navigation Watch administered by the Professional Regulations commission (PRC). This research employed descriptive research as the main design of the study. This involved tabulation and description of gathered data using secondary statistical data, board results, interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data were basically gathered from the reports of the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) for BS Marine Transportation. In the last four years the school performed an average of 54.39 against the national passing rate of 50.21%. This study identified that the school performs 4% above the national.
