A DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO ACESSO AO ENSINO SUPERIOR NO BRASIL E SEUS REFLEXOS NOS CURSOS JURÍDICOS THE DEMOCRATIZATION OF ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION IN BRAZIL AND CONSEQUENCES IN LAW COURSES Ivanna Pequeno dos Santos 1 Rosendo Freitas de Amorim 2 Resumo O artigo trata dos efeitos da democratização do ensino superior, com ênfase no ensino jurídico. Tem como objetivo apontar as deficiências de um sistema educacional que tem promovido a inclusão, sem considerar a qualidade do ensino oferecido. Pretende-se evidenciar que o acesso à educação superior não se faz somente pela expansão de vagas, e que a política expansionista intensificou os problemas existentes em torno da formação do bacharel em Direito. Buscar- se- á demonstrar, também, que o ensino jurídico, com forte apego ao Direito Positivo, tem reduzido o seu estudo à análise do que consta em códigos e que a revisão metodológica adotada possibilitará uma compreensão mais social e pluralista da Ciência Jurídica. Palavras-chave: Democratização; Ensino Superior; Cursos Jurídicos. Abstract The article discusses the effects democratization of higher education, with an emphasis on legal education. It aims to point out the shortcomings of an education system that has promoted the inclusion, in considering the quality of education offered. It is intended to show that access to higher education not only makes the job-expansion and the expansionist policies intensify the existing problems in the formation of torn graduate law. It will to demonstrate, too, that the legal education with a strong attachment to positive law, has limited his study to the analysis contained in the codes and the review methodology adopted will enable a more pluralistic social and Juridical Science.
