BABEKER Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, University of Bakht Alruda, Duwaim, Sudan E-mail: esamalibabeker@gmail.com اﻝﻤﺴﺘﺨﻠص  اﻝﻤﺎء اﻝﻤﻌﺎﻤل اﻴوﻨﻴﺎ) conditioned water ( ﻴﻤﻜن اﻝﺤﺼول ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺒﻌد ﻤرورﻩ ﻤن ﺨﻼل ﻤﻐﻨطﻴس داﺌم اﻝﻤﻐﻨطﺔ، اﻝﺔ اﻝرواﺴب اﻝﺠﻴرﻴﺔ ز ٕ وﻴؤدي ﻝﻤﻨﻊ وا ) lime - scale ( ات ﺒﻴوﻝوﺠﻴـﺔ ﻤﺘﻨوﻋـﺔ وﺘﻨﺸـﻴط ﻨﻘـل اﻝﺒروﺘـون داﺨـل ﺠزﻴﺌـﺎت اﻝﻤـﺎء ﻤﻤـﺎ ﻴـؤدي ﻝﺘـﺄﺜﻴر. ﻓـﻲ ﻫـذﻩ اﻝدراﺴـﺔ ﺘـم أﺨـذ٤٥ ﻤﻜوﻨـﺎت ﻋﻴﻨـﺔ ﻤـن ﻋﺼﺎرة ﻜرش٣ ﺨراف اوﻴﺔ ﻤن اﻝﺴودان ﺼﺤر، اوح وزﻨﻬـﺎ ﺒـﻴن ﻴﺘـر٢٦ – ٣٠ ﻜﺠـم. ﺴـﺠﻠت اﻝﻨﺘـﺎﺌﺞ ﻓﺒـل ﺘﻨـﺎول اﻝﻐـذاء)  ﺼـﻴﺎم ﻝـﻴﻼ، ٠ ﺴـﺎﻋﺔ( ، ٣ ﺴـﺎﻋﺎت و٦ ﺴﺎﻋﺎت ﺒﻌد إطﻌﺎﻤﻬﺎ.  اﺴﺘﺨدام اﻝﻤﺎء اﻝﻤﻌﺎﻤل اﻴوﻨﻴﺎ) conditioned water ( أدى اﻝﻰ زﻴﺎدة ﻤﻠﺤوظﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻝرﻗم اﻝﻬﻴدروﺠﻴﻨﻲ) PH ( ﺒﻌـد٣ ﺴـﺎﻋﺎت وﻜـذﻝ ﻤـن إطﻌﺎﻤﻬـﺎ ك زﻴـﺎدة ﻓـﻲ ﻏـﺎز اﻷﻤوﻨﻴـﺎ) NH 3 ( ٣ ﺴـﺎﻋﺎت و٦ ﺴـﺎﻋﺎت ﺒﻌـد ﺘﻨـﺎول اﻝﻐـذاء، أدى اﻝـﻰ زﻴـﺎدة ﻓـﻲ ﻋـدد اﻝﺤﻴواﻨـﺎت اﻷوﻝﻴـﺔ وأﻴﻀـﺎ ) protozoa ( ﺒﻌد داﺨل اﻝﻜرش٦ ﺴﺎﻋﺎت ﻤن إطﻌﺎﻤﻬـﺎ، ﻋﻠـﻲ ﻨﻘﺼـﺎن اﻝـرﻗم اﻝﻬﻴـدروﺠﻴﻨﻲ ﻜﻤـﺎ أﺜـر أﻴﻀـﺎ) PH ( ﻓـﻲ اﻝﺼـﺒﺎح ﻗﺒـل ﺘﻨـﺎول اﻝﻐـذاء. ﻜﻤـﺎ أﺸﺎرت اﻝﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ أﻴ ﺒﻌدم وﺠود ﺘﻌﺎرض ﻤﻊ اﻷﺠﻤﺎض اﻷﻤﻴﻨﻴﺔ اﻝطﻴﺎرة ﻀﺎ) VFA ( اوﻴﺔ اﻝﺴوداﻨﻴﺔ وأﻋداد اﻝﺒﻜﺘرﻴﺎ داﺨل ﻜرش اﻝﺨراف اﻝﺼﺤر. ﻜﻠﻤﺎت ﻤﻔﺘﺎﺤﻴﺔ: ﺤﻘل ﻤﻐﻨطﻴﺴﻲ ﻜﻬرﺒﺎﺌﻲ، ، اﻝﻤﺎء اﻝﻤﻤﻐﻨط ،  اﻝﻤﺎء اﻝﻤﻌﺎﻤل اﻴوﻨﻴﺎ، ﺴﺎﺌل اﻝﻜـرش، اوﻴﺔ اف اﻝﺼﺤر اﻝﺨر. Abstract:- Physically conditioned water, made by passage through Permanent magnet, is used for the prevention and removal of lime-scale and activate proton transfer in water cluster, but also has a diverse biological effects. In this investigation, it has shown the stimulation of physically conditioned water on 45 samples of rumen components of three young desert sheep in Sudan weighing 26-30 kg, which values obtained pre feeding (fasting overnight, 0hrs), 3hours and 6hours post feeing. Results indicated that conditioning of the water increase significantly PH 3hrs post feeding, Ammonia (NH 3 ) 3hrs and 6hrs after feeding and protozoa count 6hrs post feeing than the normal water group. Moreover, decrease PH pre feeding animals. Even more, does not interfere with the Volatile Fatty Acids (V.F.A) and Bacteria count in rumen liquor of desert sheep in Sudan.
