In the management of muliple pro- jects at the same ime a very important role is played by complex coordinaion of processes, ranging from the environmental analysis of the project (to take account of stakeholders) and opimal resource planning, as well as uniied, systemaic ap- proach to quality management, project risk and inancial management. The main purpose of this ar icle is to provide a comprehensive approach to project management as a system soluion. The authors have atempted to invesigate the project orientaion of the selected university and evaluate if it applies a comprehen- sive approach to project management.
