Paulo e na Carta Capital A partir da constatação de que a gastronomia é tema cada vez mais presente nas editorias culturais de jornais e revistas de grande circulação, este artigo objetiva analisar quais as características lingüístico- discursivas do jornalismo gastronômico. O estudo se centra em críticas da Folha de S.Paulo e crônicas da Carta Capital para iniciar um mapeamento desse tipo de jornalismo na mídia impressa brasileira.
