Tras examinar más de 40 tesis, se señalan sus principales características en cuanto a tipos de investigación; diseños más empleados; cuestionarios utilizados; organizaciones evaluadas y resultados más frecuentes. Finalmente, se hace un balance crítico y se exponen sugerencias para nuevas investigaciones. Palabras clave: Clima. Organización. Investigación. META-ANALYSIS OF RESEARCH ON ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN PERÚ ABSTRACT This work presents a brief profile of the research about organizational climate in Peru. For this meta-analysis, more of 40 theses were examined. The main features of this research are described. For example, the more common designs; the tested organizations; the more used questionnaires and its dimensions and some research results. Finally, a criticism balance and some suggestions for the future are presented. Key words: Climate. Organizations. Research. META-ANALISIS VON UNTERSUCHUNGEN AUF ORGANISATIONALES KLIMA IM PERU ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Diese Arbeit erzielt, eine Synthese der Untersuchung auf organizationales Klima in Peru anzugeben. Nach 40 Thesen sieht man die Haupteigenschaften bezüglich Art von Forschung, benutzter Designs und Fragenbogen, untersuchten Organisationen und häufigen Resultaten.
