The analysis reveals the salivary changes in both non-alcoholic and alcoholic men. Samples of alcoholic men were collected based on different time intervals affected by drinking. Several peaks have been identified. The peaks were significantly altered in the absorbance level in alcoholic men when compared with the non-alcoholic men. The saliva samples of alcoholic men contained greater concentrations of ethanol and salivary cortisol level of various biochemical constituents were discussed.
