In the current paper, we have tried to identify different factors which helps in film production and tried to relate them with the growth of such industry during a five year period .i.e from 2005 to 2009.Various factors such as geographic and demographic distribution, average price tickets, and film genres were studied with the help of diagrams, charts from secondary sources. Also, data analysis was done on data obtained from UNESCO database. Some suggestions were also provided to boost the growth percentage of the film industry. Some of these may be practically used for better chances of individual film’s success as well as enhancement of home or host country where it has been produced or being related to.
