Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem kolaborasi dilingkup pemerintahan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Cloud Computing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah PPDIOO (Prepare Plant, Design, Implementation, Operate, Optimize). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kantor Balaikota Makassar dengan memanfaatkan Infrastruktur Jaringan yang sudah ada dan memanfaatkan data-data E-Government seperti peraturan perundang-undangan, informasi cuaca dari layanan website pemerintah. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan aplikasi Open Source seperti EyeOS, BigBlueButton dan HaProxy dengan menambahkan modul web-services sebagai penghubung antar aplikasi sehingga mudah dioperasikan dan diintegrasikan pada layanan E-Government lainnya. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi kolaborasi pada Cloud Computing dengan memanfaatkan teknologi virtualisasi dapat berjalan dengan baik, dan bisa menjadi solusi untuk pengembangan Infrastruktur E-Government terlebih lagi pendayagunaan server yang belum dioptimalkan dengan baik . Kata kunci: E-Government, cloud computing, web-services, kolaborasi, virtualisasi ABSTRACT E-Goverment as a information technology implementation concept at governance area will improve and management government. This study aims to design a collaborative system in government environment by leveraging Cloud Computing technologies. The method used in this study is PPDIOO (Prepare Plant, Design, Implementation, Operate, Optimize). This research was conducted in Makassar City Hall office by developing the existing network infrastructure and utilizes data such as e -Government legislation, weather information from the government website services. This study utilizes Open Source applications such as EyeOS, BigBlueButton and HaProxy by adding web - services module as a inteermediate between the application so that is easy to operate and integrate with the other E-Government services. The results of the testing indicate that the implementation of collaborative applications on cloud computing by leveraging virtualization technology run well, and could be a solution for the development of E -Government Infrastructure by utilizing the servers that have not been properly optimized .
