Bundan hareketle aratırmanın temel amacı, Kıbrıs’ta taraflar arasında yaayabilir bir anayasayı hazırlamak, uygulamak ve buna dayalı barıı tesis etmek için nelerin gerektiini ortaya koymaktır. 2004 yılından beri Kıbrıs’ta gözle görülür bir ilerleme kaydedilse de hâlâ gerginlik yaratan bazı durumlar mevcuttur. Önemli olan taraflar arasında mutabakata varılan Kurulu Anlaması’nın var olmasıdır. Bu gerçekten hareketle aratırma, iki ana bölümden olumaktadır. Birinci bölümde federal anayasasının nitelii, dayandıı kaynaklar ve temel prensipler belirtilmitir. kinci ve son bölümde ise federal anayasanın kapsam analizi üzerinde durulmutur. ABSTRACT In this research, some notions related to the federal constitution to be issued in Cyprus were assessed in terms of Turks and Greeks. The aim of the research is to put forward what are needed to prepare a viable constitution between the parties in Cyprus, to apply it and to ensure a peace atmosphere based on this. Nevertheless there has been an observable improvement since 2004, there still occurs some conditions causing tension to increase. What is important is that there is a Founding Treaty between the parties which is agreed. From this factuality, the research is composed of two sections. In the first section the feature of the federal constitution, the sources it is based on and the fundamental principles were determined. In the second and the last section the content analysis was handled.
