Therefore, understanding the definition of technology in real global context has been a subject of debate among experts in the fields of Technology Education and Educational Technology. While some see computers as the only thing central to technology, others see technology beyond computers (Dugger and Naik, 2001). While it is widely accepted that computers and the Internet are very important features in the study and understanding of technology, they are not the only structures upon which technology is built. Technology in a wider perspective according to the International Technology Education Association (ITEA), now known as (ITEEA) is seen as “the modification of the natural environment to satisfy perceived human wants and needs” (ITEA, 2000).
