The Retroit of the Heating and Cooling System of the a Laboratory -using a Geoexchange Technology Galina Rodica PRICA1, Mioara VINCERIUC1 1 Technical University of Civil Engineering, Bucharest (TUCEB) Corresponding email: galina.prica@gmail.com SUMMARY Of respect for Earth and take into account the decrease of fossil fuel, where the price of this is continually rises, a heating system based on carbon-intensive technology, long distance transport of heat, low energy eficiency no longer serves any purpose so the choice of an air conditioning system based on renewable resources, appears to be the best option. The desire to retroit will be materialized by exploiting, at local level, of renewable resources potential, by designing and implementing of eficient and durable technologies, which led to a prof- itable exploitation: the geothermal closed loop with heat pumps and fan coils. The success of the new system will be given from a better insulation of the building an eficient division of the labora- tory with plasterboard panels both mobile and/or ixed, vertically and horizontally. The new system has advantages: clean the energy consumption with at list 50% reduced safety. INTRODUCTION In a time when the worldwide clasical resouces are lowe and lower focus on environmental technologies and solutions is the best choice. The construction of a classic air conditioning is no longer suited to a laboratory of a faculty that are the reason because we proposed to apply ecological systems which is a new system based on renewable resources by using heat from the earth. The heating system of the laboratory is an old one building dating back from it so it has a con- siderable age and performance is such low. Heat water comes from the central heating system and comes on buried pipes and very little insulated and the building insulation exist are not large glazed surface is glazed simple angles so one part of the temperature is lost on the road. Extremely large space, at this moment is dificult to be well conditioning. The idea that we went was to achieve an very good insulation on exterior with expanded polystyrene of at least 10 cm thick and glass iber mesh as it can see in the ig.
