The main objective of the Omnia Mobilis assumption is to help in the relaxation process of a large number of variables that the Ceteris Paribus assumption leave constant in the moment to explain the dynamic and complex relationship among a large number of variables in any natural phenomena. Introduction The term ceteris paribus, or all other things held constant, became popular in economics thanks to Alfred Marshal’s Principles of Economics while describing Equilibrium of normal demand and supply, continued, with reference to long and short periods in Book V Chapter V. “… Ceteris Paribus. The study of some group of tendencies is isolated by the assumption other things being equal: the existence of other tendencies is not denied, but their disturbing effect is neglected for a time. The more the issue is thus narrowed, the more exactly can it be handled: but also the less closely does it correspond to real life”. Furthermore, explicitly or implicitly, that assumption is used in most fields of science, technology, work, study and any other human effort that permits that assumption. In fact, it became a cultural asset in most fields and the cornerstone of the scientific method when finding evidences of hypothesis in laboratory through experimental methods, “forcing other things being equal” by insulating the subject of study from any environmental influence. However, it is not the only “human approach” for problem solving. When the environment might threaten or offer opportunities, humans and most living beings do their actions while they watch out for environmental changes preparing themselves for immediate reactions whenever it should be required, a certain state of readiness in order to face the new circumstances in case they become real. Such process is beyond ceteris paribus because for example in case of risks or opportunities, we use to change the way or the speed or any other variable accordingly, if it is necessary to analyze deeply.
