Minas is a doctoral candidate in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is the current Managing Editor of MIS Quarterly Executive, a journal directed to executives with the goal of improving practice. Mr. Minas’ research interests include individual cognitive responses to information systems, collaboration and small group research, and NeuroIS. Mr. Minas has been published in the Journal of Management Information Systems and the Journal of Applied and Preventive Psychology as well as several conferences including 45 th Hawaiian International Conference on System Sciences, 14 th Annual Conference on Education, and Special Interest Group of Systems Analysis and Design. Mr. Minas received a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana State University and Bachelors of Science in Psychology with Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University. Robert Potter Robert Potter is an Associate Professor in the Department of Telecommunications and Cognitive Science at Indiana University. He is also the Director of the Institute for Communication Research. His research focuses on the impact of auditory elements on information processing of media, psychophysiological measures as indicators of cognitive and emotional responses to media, and the concept of advertising clutter and its influence on information processing. His research has been published in Media Psychology, Communication Research, Journal of Broadcasting & Electronic Media, among others. His book Psychophysiological Measurement and Meaning: Cognitive and Emotional Responses to Media (with Paul Bolls) was published in 2011 by Routledge. He is a past Chair of the Information Systems Division of the International Communication Association and serves on the editorial board of Journal of Communication, Media Psychology, and Journal of 1
