ABSTRACT
The Libraries play important role in transforming graduates into employable recruits in
the global market. India is the one of the major HR Provider to the global market.HRD is
considered to be an opportunity for India to convert its large population into foreign exchange
earner. Skill and practical knowledge for employment can be achieved training and inculcating
reading habits in higher education institution. This brief input deals how University or
professional college libraries are beneficial source of information to social upliftment in pursuit
of skill set and knowledge required for global employment.
