Magister Ilmu Hukum (S2) Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijawa Malang ABSTRACT This paper discusses the integrative view of the state as contained in the Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 (Preamble of the 1945 NRI). Integrative view of the country stems from the idea Supomo speech he delivered on the formulation of the basic law (constitution) of Indonesia, especially on May 31, 1945 in the trial Investigation Agency Efforts Preparation of Indonesian Independence (BPUPKI). School of thought (staatsidee) integralistic state stemming from the Western philosophy of Spinoza, Hegel and Adam Muller is a state of mind that flows over all the classes that exist in the country, not side to group the biggest and the strongest, but the state as the embodiment of a living the nation as a whole. ABSTRAK Tulisan ini membahas mengenai pandangan negara integralistik sebagaimana terkandung dalam Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 (Pembukaan UUD NRI Tahun 1945). Pandangan negara integralistik bermula dari pemikiran Soepomo yang disampaikannya pada pidato perumusan hukum dasar (Konstitusi) Indonesia, terutama pada tanggal 31 Mei Tahun 1945 di sidang Badan Penyelidik Usaha-Usaha Persiapan Kemerdekaan Indonesia (BPUPKI).
