PNPM Mandiri is a national movement in the form of a policy framework as a basis and reference for the implementation of poverty reduction programs based on community empowerment. Community empowerment is an attempt to create / strengthen community capacity, both individually and collectively, in solving various problems related to efforts to improve the quality of life, independence, and well-being. The final goal is to design information systems that can handle data storage and validate the data members of the group members. So as to help employees PNPM-MPD sub Majenang current proposal checks and save time when such checks. In preparing this final research methods used include qualitative and quantitative data types primary and secondary data, while the data collection used were interviews, observation. And for designing the application, using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle).
