RATIONALE In November 2013, the Division SPED Coordinator and the school principal, along three SPED Teachers aended the Third Naonal Secondary Special Educaon Conference in Tagaytay City which focus on the Modified Curriculum for Learners with Moderate Disabilies (MCLMD) which encouraged that in the formulaon of Special Learner’s Individualized Transion Plan (ITP) focused on Career-Oriented Curriculum.
