These problems worsen if the patient has not undergone surgical reconstruction of the mandible. To add to all this, economic constraints restrict the treatment options. Rehabilitation of such a patient poses a challenge to a prosthodontist. This article presents the case report of rehabilitation of a hemimandibulectomy patient with an interim removable prosthesis with a palatal ramp subsequent to treatment for Squamous cell carcinoma.
