Fil.I Dosen Fakultas ADAB dan Humaniora, IAIN STS Jambi Abstract: The Prosperous Justice Party as a political party borned from the young intellectual, religious, oriented to a good moral, and moral values in running their politics paradigm. This party tried to reflect internal capacity who understand the global dynamics of life today, and have the ability of specialists and professional. Work activities and dakwah was always characterized, independence, dynamic motion, as well as creative, and innovative ideas in the capacity of social and political capacity. In dakwah social capacity, he was able to educate people and increased the count of their members, with the pattern jama'i charity work according to the principles of Islamic, so that he was known in the community as a pious person who was able to spread and infect a good characters. In the political capacity, he made the good of themselves and their social capital to be a pious political actors in the country. He always pioneered change through a variety of programs, such as collecting all the potential of the community and the propaganda that was around, directing it in accordance with the principles and objectives of proselytizing, and then move it into the energy potential for positive change. Not only that, it also created a higher civilized society and developed based on: values, norms, laws, morals which sustained the faith; to respect plurality, being open, democratic, and worked together to maintain the sovereignty of the State within the framework of NKRI. PENDAHULUAN Bangsa Indonesia telah menjalani sebuah sejarah panjang dan berliku dalam kurun waktu lebih kurang lima dekade, 1 dengan perjuangan yang berat dan kritis. Dalam upaya melepaskan diri dari penjajahan Belanda yang bercokol selama tiga setengah abad, dan Jepang tiga setengah tahun sampai Indonesia memproklamirkan kemerdekaan pada tanggal 17 Agustus 1945 dengan membentuk Negara yang demokratis. Namun upaya untuk membentuk Negara yang demokratis hanya berjalan hingga tahun 1959, karena upaya untuk membangun bangsa yang demokratis dan sejahtera mengalami kebuntuan dengan dikeluarkannya Dekrit Presiden 5 Juli 1959 yang menandai awal diktarorisme di Indonesia. Demikian juga dengan lahirnya Orde Baru pada tahun 1966 yang ternyata hanya merupakan 1 Istilah Dekade Hampir Serupa Dengan Dasawa rsa Yakni Masa Sepuluh Tahun, Lima Dekade Berarti Lima Puluh Tahun.
