Using e-learning, lecturers can upload teaching materials and share with students.Students also can access and download the materials at anytime and anywhere. Most of institutions develop a Learning Management System (LMS) for lecturers and students to manage their academic activities. The objective of this paper is to analyze the perceptions and attitudes towards the usage of Curriculum Information Document Online System (CIDOS) at Malaysia Polytechnic. A set of questionnaire was developed and used for this study. A total of 83 lecturers from PoliteknikUngku Omar (PUO), Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz (PSA) and PoliteknikSeberangPerai (PSP) responded to the survey. Based on the findings, half of the respondents (51.8%) are using CIDOS in their teaching and learning while the others prefer traditional style of teaching and learning in classroom. A result shows that 63.9% of respondents agreed that they don’t have enough time to manage teaching materials while 42.2% of respondents agreed that CIDOS is not user friendly, too complex and difficult to use.
