The main idea of this project is constructing intelligent, easy ac- cessible database, which can be helpful for the daily practice of family physician. The main idea of the new specialization is mak- ing complex medical services for the pa- tients from the birth to the death. The family doctors have to be the first contact physi- cians, e.g. they can make therapeutical de- cision in the cases from the various medical specialization. Therefore it is necessary to secure ability of consultation in the compli- cated cases for the family doctors. Of course consultation with face to face expert is possible, but it is expensive for the family doctor practices (they have to pay for the additional services) and it is hard to guaran- tee that the expert will be accessible non- stop. Those circumstances induce us to make the project within the confines of telemedicine program, which will help the family doctors reach the demanded infor- mation.
