74 Os trotskistas do Movimento Democrático Brasileiro ao Partido dos Trabalhadores: o debate no “Em Tempo” e a formação da DS EDMAR ALMEIDA MACEDO * Resumo O presente artigo busca problematizar o debate sobre a reabertura política no Brasil, em especial em relação à reorganização partidária que se operou ao fim da ditadura militar brasileira. O foco do artigo é a organização política Democracia Socialista, de matriz trotskista, e as organizações que a precederam. Procuramos captar o debate referente ao surgimento do PT através das páginas do jornal “Em Tempo”, onde se gestará a organização política mencionada. Abstract This article seeks to problematize the debate on the political reopening in Brazil, especially the reorganization of political parties that occurred at the end of the Brazilian military dictatorship. The focus of the article is the Socialist Democracy and Trotskyist political movement and the organizations that preceded it. We sought to gauge the debate concerning the rise of the PT by analyzing the pages of the Em Tempo newspaper, in which the political organization in question grew. The main source of the study was the Em Tempo newspaper.
