Bio: Geir Henning Presterudstuen is a social anthropologist and lecturer in the School of Social Sciences and Psychology at the University of Western Sydney. He has conducted long term ethnographic fieldwork in Fiji since 2009 and has published widely on his research interests which include urban Fiji, economic anthropology and processes of gendered and ethnic identification at the interface of tradition and modernity.
