PARKÁNYI, D. VAŠÍČEK, ď. ONDRUŠKA, J. RAFAY Slovenské centrum poĐnohopspodárskeho výskumu, Nitra The neutrophil leucocyte peripheral blood X-chromatins and SRY sequences were analysed in 16 newborn rabbits, native to two litters of female lines P91 a M91. The neutrophile X – chromatin was detected on 11 newborn rabbits, while X-chromatin absents on 5 cubs . SRY - PCR fragments (242 bp) were analysed on 5 newborn rabbits, while on 11 youngs PCR fragments were missing . All cubs were evaluated according to outer sex genitals at 3 weeks of the age. By this 3 technics were identically detected 5 males a 11 females. The appearance of the female X- chromatin frequency was within the range 6,66% – 20% . Ranking of the neutrophile X-chromatin is exact, quick a relatively cheap detection system of the sex newborn rabbits selected for tissue cultures. This technology provides partly selective tool for categorization of the females in other reproductive process, partly, on the one hand ability special utilization both sex newborn rabbits for monitoring of production and application vigorous enzymes and proteins to synthesis under genetic control of the gonosomes. Besides, the xenograft ´s application is depend from both donor and acceptor sex, too. Key words: gonosomal screening, rabbits, tissue culture
