© 2015 Research Academy of Social Sciences http://www.rassweb.com 40 Journal of Public Policy and Governance Vol. 2, No. 1, 2015, 40-47 Individual and Social Factors Affecting Upgrade of Clinical Staff Productivity in a Subspecialty State Hospital Mostafa Jafari 1 , Zainab Darrami Moghaddam 2 Abstract Research objective: Which group of factors upgrades productivity level of clinical specialized staff in hygienic and remedial centers? Which of these factors influence the level of productivity more? This study answers to the two questions above. Human factors influencing the promotion of the productivity of human resources in hospitals are highly and classifiable. In this study, 13 factors in the four categories have been defined. Methodology: This study is based on objective, descriptive-explanatory, based on result, applied, based on time, and sectional, based on survey methodology. The appliance of data capture had made a questionnaire containing 51 questions about Likert. The society of study target contained 220 specialists, general practitioners, midwives, nurses, technicians of operating theatre, anesthetist and practical nurses who were employed in hospitals which were considered. Data collected by statistical modeling and structural equation techniques and LISREL software was analyzed. Results and Findings: The results of data analysis shows that individual factors with 0.68 have the highest impact on promotion of productivity level, and then the social factors impact on productivity. Therefore, it is suggested in the compilation of development programs of hospital aimed at upgrading the productivity level design, individual factors are prioritized. Introduction Manpower of each organization is the most primary strategic resource and excellence marker of one organization over the others. In order to compete in today’s world is merely adequate products quality and new technology, and human resources are expressed as stable competitive advantage. The concept of human resources attests to this remark that staffs are resources of employer and they can add value to their organization. Qualified human resources for the organizations are valuable and rare, and they can’t be easily copied, imitated and replace and caused to gaining stable competitive advantage. (Nou and colleagues, 4, 2009). In today’s competitive world, productivity, as a philosophy and standpoint based on improving strategy, provides the most primary objective of each organization, and it can include the activities of all society sections such as a concatenation (Taheri,1999). As management mission and primary objective of managers of each organization are effective and best use of different resources and facilities such as workforce, asset, materials, energy and information (Vaziri and colleagues, 100, 2010). Features of the hygiene and remedy life section health of many people, is located in the hands of hygiene and remedy (health) systems. The safe children of a healthy baby to respectfully care of an elderly person, hygiene and remedy section has vital and continued responsibility for people in the all periods of their lives. The existence of this section is essential for healthy growth of people, families and societies everywhere (Varmaqani, 1, 1390).
