Orch. 43 (4): 833-846. Epipactis nordeniorum Robatsch subsp. maricae Croce, Bongiorni, De Vivo & Fori, occurring along the Savone Stream on Roccamonfina Volcano, is described and illustrated as a new subspecies to sciencE. Its relationship with E. nordeniorum subsp. nordeniorum and E. zaupolensis is discussed and a comparative table showing the main characters of the taxa is given. The three stations shifts the southern limit of the alluvial Epipactis from North Italy to the latitude of 41°. Plants grow next to the water, on alluvial sands derived from the erosion of volcanic rocks, in a deep canyon and within an interesting relict plant community. Orch. 43 (4): 833-846. Eine Auwaldsippe aus der Gattung Epipactis wird als neue Unterart Epipactis nordeniorum subsp maricae beschrieben, sie wurde bisher an drei Fundorten mit 50, 10-15 und 5 Exemplaren entlang des Bachs Savone in der Prov. Caserta in Süditalien nachgewiesen. Damit dehnt sich das Siedlungsgebiet bislang nur aus Norditalien bekannter flußbegleitender Epipactis-Sippen nun weit nach Süden bis zum 41. Breitengrad aus. Epipactis nordeniorum subsp maricae besitzt einen olivgrünen Stängel, 1˗3
