The study will also include on test synthesis in laboratory for a tractor cabin, revealing the obtained results and the conclusions resultedfrom that kind of tests. Key words: protection, structure, test, tractor, operator PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. TESTING METHOD The cabin of the tractor is a metallic construction which is presented under the form of the proper cabin, front supports, side girders and two side supports for being c1amped on the tractor chassis. The gripping of the proper cabin on supports is an elastic gripping performed by means offour Simirit-type elements. The proper cabin is a welded construction made of a FOIL-type cabin manufactured by SC Roman SA, inertiy hardened by means of a resistance structure made up of round pipes o 60x4. The cabin is provided with two chairs and a back banquette for three persons. The resistance test of the cabin of tractor was performed in compliance with the provisions of the Directive 79/622/CEE, modified by D 82/953/CEE, D 87/354/CEE, D 88/413/CEE and the Agreement SEE in 1992, referring to the protection devices in case of over turning the agricultural tractors or the forest wheeled tractors (static tests). The welded frame was tested the Laboratory for Simulated and Accelerated Tests "Hydropulse" within the National Institute of Research - Development for Machines and Installations Designed to Agriculture and Food Industry (INMA) - Bucharest. TESTING CONDITIONS The cabin tests have been performed in compliance with the proVISIOns D 79/622/CEE modified by D 99/40/CE, taking into account especially the provisions of item 1.2.3 in Annex II of D 79/622/CEE. • PhD.
