However, it does not come without risks which could delay the adoption of this technology. In this paper, we propose a framework for companies to identify their role, typical pain points and performance metrics to focus on to maximize impact. In addition, we identify the top ten challenges/risks that companies should consider and an assessment matrix approach to prioritize the risks followed by an implementation roadmap for faster adoption. Finally, the paper summarizes the current implementations in progress and their expected benefits.
