As we mentioned, these results will depend on the physical properties of radio controlled car (e.g. mass, torque of stepper motors, the radius of wheels, angle of slope of wheels) and the properties of the environment, (e.g. plan surface, angle of slope plan). In order to have successful result which leads to proper operation (desired movement) of a radio controlled car we must choose the appropriate electrical component (e.g. Arduino, stepper drivers, stepper motors and batteries) and the suitable electrical component for a safe movement (e.g. camera, led). Keywords: Radio Control Car, CAD software, motion analysis, 1. INTRODUCTION This work describes all stages of radio controlled car before production. It is presented the design and study of a special radio controlled car with the purpose to detect faults on equipment with restricted access to humans as well as in industrial high – risk environments and adverse conditions (e.g. toxicity). The car is designed to be small enough to fit spaces not smaller than 400mm wide and 150mm high and in corners of 90 degrees to make ground motion to proceed to the desired direction (left – right). There is a camera positioned inside the car so that the operator can see the space in which the car moves and its accurate placement. There is also a '' lens '' (LED) which lights up the environment where the car moves. With the right stepper motors, controllers (drivers) and Arduino programming for the control of the drivers, this car is able to make all the moves that the operator wishes. The operation of the car may be done from a computer or even from a modern mobile, by only making the installation of Arduino program. As mentioned above it can be used in areas where there is not enough space for a human to move but also in areas where there may be risk to physical health for him. It can also be used for military purposes, even for the detection of a bomb in war zones or in populated areas, due to the operation from a computer, which means the operation in distance replaces humans for finding any risk, preventing potential injuries from unknown danger.
