THE INCREASE IN SYNERGY’S VALUE OF SUPPLY CHAIN’S TRIANGLE CORNERS FOR
RETAIL BUSINESS

ABSTRACT
The objectives of the research were: 1) to study the system of supply chain management 2) to analyze and recommend
solution of the problems caused by supply chain management system among Manufacturing Enterprises, Operators of retail and
Operators of them, and 3) The research takes place in Shanghai, China to improve with supply chain management role
model in Thailand.
The research takes place at Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China. The samples were the Top executive
management of Lotus Supercenter chain store, Employee of Manufacturing Enterprises, Employee of Distribution Center,
Employee of Retails and professional. To accomplish the research objectives, mixed methodology research techniques were
adopted: the qualitative technique focusing on in-depth interview was verified Top Executives, among them were the top
administrators and executives of Lotus Super Chain Stores in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China, Manufacturing
Enterprises and Distribution Center to contribute the concept of the synergic management at the real time of performance in order
to improve the synergy of value of the supply chain collaboration, in Manufacturing Enterprises, Employee of Distribution
Center, Operators of Retails for supporting the ideas of collaboration. The synergy of values contributed their despondences for
the questionnaires of which provided data to be collected and analyzed through statistical analysis system by applying through
Pearson’s analysis.
The results were the synergy of values of three parties in supply chain needed to develop technology and innovation
together. The information would be accurate at the real time, the systems were develop by software technology application in
order to reduce and solve the problems and computer in the productions, to avoid competition but to promote cooperation instead,
more over the findings would lead to the new model of synergy of the values in the supply chain as the so called “Synergy of
Values Model” in the future.

INTRRODUCTION
The importance of supply chain in implementation of retail business includes three focus parts are product
development, customer relationship, flow of products to smoothly at final user. There are three main department of retail
business. In this research call “corners of triangle”. Corners of triangles are Manufacturing Enterprises, Retail Operator and
Distribution Center. The three department have different work function however, they have same goal are the satisfaction
of customer (Michael porter).
The development means slightly change step by step or dynamics change depends on many factors such as
