This advantage is related to non-traditional approaches through innovative software application development and use. In order to support the ICT adoption in business sector we developed a conceptual business platform which supports operational and commercial activities of companies over the internet. This platform is a digital business ecosystem based on a grid architecture and open source software. The entities are companies which can attach the platform and exploit a mass of e-services provided from the platform. This paper proposes an innovative methodological approach to evaluate e-services business platform offers. We assume a multi-criteria decision making framework, where sets of general and domain-specific criteria are used to judge the relative performance of evaluating e-services. The proposed methodology has the innovative feature of embodying techniques of fuzzy logic theory into the classical multicriteria decision analysis.
