SUYAO Liceo de Cagayan University Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines ABSTRACT his study determined the efects of MX3 plus food supplement capsule to the health condition of the select respondents in Cagayan de Oro City. Using the descriptive research design, it ascertained the following: (1) the proile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, occupation, period of taking MX3 plus Food supplement capsule, dosage, and type of disease; (2) the respondents’ reason in taking MX3 plus Food supplement capsule; (3) the efects of MX3 plus food supplement capsule to the health condition of the respondents. Majority of the respondents belonged to the age range of 40-59; most were females and business employees who were taking the supplement once a day for months; and majority of the respondents have high blood pressure. he respondents disclosed that they have prevented the disease after taking MX3 plus food supplements for months. Hence, it can be concluded that the regular intake of MX3 plus food supplement improved the health condition of the respondents. However, some modiications or activities maybe done to determine the signiicant diference in the health
