Presently she is Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, and Associate Dean for Academic and International Affairs for the College of Engineering at Florida Atlantic University. In the past, she has served as: President and Executive Council member of the Upsilon Pi Epsilon Honor Society for the Computing and Information Disciplines, and on the Education Board of ACM SIGGRAPH.
