65 3 DÜŞ ÜK DOZ METOTREKSAT UYGULAMASI İLE TEDAVİ EDİLMİŞ KORNUAL GEBELİK OLGUSU: OLGU SUNUMU Berna HALİLOĞLU, Erdin İLTER, Figen Temelli AKIN, Selçuk ÖZDEN Maltepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalı, İstanbul ÖZET Bu çalışmada 37 yaşında sol kornual gebeliği olan bir olguyu sunmaktayız. Hasta fertilitesini korumak istediği için öncelikle dü şük doz (50 mg/m2) metotreksat injeksiyonu tedavisi uygulanmı ştır. Ancak takipte, 2 doz daha uygulanması gerekmiştir. Olgumuz literatürde şimdiye kadar herhangi bir yan etki olmaksızın 3 düşük doz metotreksat ile başarıyla tedavi edilmiş ilk kornual gebelik olgusudur. As the patient desired future fertili ty, she recieved a single dose (50 mg/m2) of methotrexate (MTX) intramuscularly. In follow-up, we had to administer two more doses of MTX. To our knowledge, this is the first cornual pregnancy case treated with 3 doses of MTX without any side effects.
