Avaliação de Área de Alagamento no Município de Itajaí através da Aplicação Experimental do SIGAU (ROSSETO, 2003) 60 Revista SOPHIA - Faculdade AVANTIS / BC, v. 3, n.1, p. 60-69, dez. 2011 AVALIAÇÃO DE ÁREAS DE ALAGAMENTO NO MUNICÍPIO DE ITAJAÍ ATRAVÉS DA APLICAÇÃO EXPERIMENTAL DO SIGAU (ROSSETO, 2003) Patrícia Trenin Colzani 1 RESUMO Esta pesquisa tem como objeivo aplicar uma variável do SIGAU - Sistema Integrado de Gestão do Ambiente Urbano (ROSSETO, 2003) - na área central de Itajaí/SC, uilizando o geoprocessamento para obtenção de dados. Através do uso e da manipulação de indicadores urbanos, o SIGAU contribui com o processo de gestão auxiliando na avaliação da sustentabilidade das cidades, na proposição de planos e ações do governo e no controle dos resultados. A metodologia uilizou em um primeiro momento a revisão bibliográica, fundamentando a proposição do uso do geoprocessamento como instrumento de auxílio na composição de indicadores urbanos. Através do uso do SIG foi possível obter o número de domicílios em área de risco a alagamentos e avaliar esse indicador através SIGAU. PALAVRAS CHAVE: Gestão urbana. Indicadores. Geoprocessamento. EVALUATION OF AREAS OF FLOODING IN THE CITY OF ITAJAÍ THROUGH THE APPLYING EXPERIMENTAL SIGAU (ROSSETO, 2003) ABSTRACT This research aims to apply a variable of SIGAU - Integrated Management of the Urban Environment System (ROSSETO, 2003) - in the central area of Itajaí/SC, using geoprocessing to obtain data. Through the use and manipulaion of urban indicators, the SIGAU contributes to the process of management assising in the evaluaion of the sustainability of ciies, on the proposal of the Government’s plans of acions and in control of results. The methodology used, in a irst moment, the literature review, jusifying the proposiion of using geoprocessing as instrument to aid in the composiion of urban indicators. Through the use of SIG were able to obtain the number of households in the looding risk area and assess this indicator throughout SIGAU. KEY WORDS: Urban management. Indicators.
