Biographical sketch: Diane Stanitski received her Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Arizona State University where she became interested in travel abroad after participating in a study tour to central Asia. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Geography-Earth Science Department at Shippensburg University and takes students to Australia and northern Arizona for short duration educational field experiences. Kurtis Fuellhart received his Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University. He teaches economic and cultural geography as well as a Geography-Geology Field Studies course in western British Columbia, Canada.
