The study of Energy management in traditional Bazaars fall under the low-scale crisis management. EECM (Electrical Equipment Consumption Management) method is one of the Simple management strategies for monitoring energy consumption. It seems also essential to access updated record in energy use. This solution enables scholars controlling Electric use of complex locally via control room. To predispose the attentions to monitoring in area of study, the ECP (Energy consumption plan) prepared. This plan makes it suitable for futuristic evolution in energy policy. Scaling energy efficiency retrofits in Tabriz Bazaar reveals that amount of 165000$ in a year and 1.650.000 $ could be save within 10 years. Key words: Energy Efficiency, Traditional bazaar, Management strategy, Regeneration, Physical characteristics. 1. Introduction Since the ancient bazaar is an old and dynamic structure, adding heating, cooling or ventilation equipment can unbalance the energy consumption and traditional
