The total service of this unit is 43.30% of 234152 total population of Banjarbaru city. Raw water of unit is surface water from Riam Kanan irrigation ditch that flows 865.8 m 3 /s. This unit has a leakage of 31.58% with operational service 24 hours a day. The paper is aimed to determine existing conditions and map the problem of Water Supply System and determine steps to achieve the service target. The evaluation results indicate conditions that do not meet the standards, namely production capacity, quality of water, capacity of reservoir, average demand, maximum demand and peak hour demand.
