College, Hansi Abstract: Ri sk of a Natural hazard can’t be completely eliminated but it can be reduced with set up of early warning of hazard .We can reduce threats of life, property and environment with the application of early warning system. There is long list of hazards like earthquakes, Tsunamis, Tropical cyclones, volcanic eruption, Landslides and floods it may prove so much vital and very useful tool. The aim of this paper is to highlight impact of complexity of factors that recognised essential and effective of early warning systems. It also put emphasis upon the fact that how people perceive it that are in immediate risk from hazard and how they react to the situation emerged over there . Key Words: Natural hazards, Early warning, Environment, Tropical cyclone , Risk Introduction To find out the role of technology to eliminate and reduce the risk of natural hazards in life of human being. It is very vital think over it multidimensionality and coherent approach is put to be applied here. To brief out the important terminology which frequently applied by our planners and scientist to understand and evaluate the pre and post disaster impacts upon human beings. That the varied core issues are found to be involved which need to be viewed and synthesises to find out the possible solution of their off. Hazard Hazard is a natural phenomenon, occurring all over the world. It has worst impact of natural hazards on people as well as upon their economies that a natural hazards turns to be a disaster. Disaster The term disaster may be defined as an unexpected happening, causing a huge loss of life and property. According to Turner ” A disaster is an event, concentrated in time and space ,which threatens a society or a relatively self sufficient sub -division of a society with major unwanted consequences as a result of the collapse of precautions which had neither to be culturally accepted as adequate. ”
