This technology is being used by every corporate and business for minimizing their expenses and increasing their profits but they are mainly worried for security of data. This research paper helps in providing an optimal framework for safe data transmission without disturbing the IP layer and comparing this work with existing approaches like IPSec, SSL and without any security in Network performance. Keywords - Cloud, data Transmission, optimal framework, Security I. INTRODUCTION Cloud computing [1] is the latest technology in IT where data storage and computing is carried out at data centers instead of personal computers. It points to applications provided as a service through the internet in addition to the cloud infrastructure such as hardware and system software in data centers. The most popular resemblance to illustrate cloud computing is that of consumer utilities like water, gas and electricity. Centralization and standardization of consumer utilities frees humans from the problem of producing gas, electricity and pulling water, in the same manner cloud computing frees clients/users from particular hardware and software installations and their maintenance work by making use of convenient hardware that accesses a huge network of computing resources like storage, processors etc. The main advantages of the cloud computing are cost effectiveness, multi-tenancy, quickness, flexibility, scalability, easy implementation, maintenance etc. In the cloud, the data is transferred among the server and client. The hackers or attackers are increased in number and waiting to attack the important data over the new advanced technologies. This technology is being adopted by every corporate company for reducing their expenditures and increasing their business profits but they are mainly worried for security of data over cloud. II. SECURITY ISSUES AND CHALLENGES IN CLOUD Sameera Abdulrahman Almulla et al. [2] have discussed security challenges in cloud computing, regarding confidentiality, integrity, identity and access management. Mehmet Yilidiz et al. [3] have discussed certain shared security approaches in system development life cycle. The authors had initiated a security model based on key security considerations by looking at number of infrastructure aspects of cloud computing. Patrick McDaniel et al. [4] illustrate regarding security issues in cloud and advancements that are needed to be done for safe data over cloud. They focused mainly on security challenges over cloud instances.
