Indonesia has various local languages which one Javanese language requires the storage media for a wide range of vocabulary and its meaning as well as getting the relationship in every vocabulary. This final project is done through the stages of system design that includes design ontologies, the ontology of the configuration and design of the repository, and then the repository web application design of the Javanese language. The system design is then implemented to include creating ontologies using protégé, then do the configuration using openRDF-Sesame and thus achieve the creation of applications repository Javanese language in PHP code. Finally this system produced an ontology of the repository Javanese language which has been used as the basic of knowledge in the implementation of the web application repository Javanese language. The survey results of testing the use of applications with sample data as many as 30 users obtained that about 82% of the stated application is already good in providing ease of use to obtain information about the Javanese language and about 72% of users stated data concerning the vocabulary of the Javanese language contained in the application is sufficient help to learn it. INTRODUCTION The Development of information and communication technology has already rapidly progressed, so that someone need to access and exchange of information quickly and easily nowadays. One of the technology that gives an important role in this mentioned is a web technology, where the latest generation 3.0 has evolved is also call often semantic web. Semantic web means a web that connects the data which allows a person to be able to make the storage of data in a web, create a vocabulary, and also create a rule to access the data available [1]. Semantic web is a simple aims to build a web technology that has capability to understand the content or meaning of the information contained in the document in a web, other than this technology is intended to help the engine can understand more complex language as spoken. So that they can recognize homonyms, synonyms and attribute in each vocabulary. The application or development of semantic web require a different approach than building a web in general, where the difference lies in technology approaches such as the implementation of RDF which is the basis for linking the data, then SPARQL is a query languages on the semantic web and the most important is the ontology to define the concept and relation. The application of ontologies in the semantic web of technology that can store and integrate data is large enough, and able to understand the meaning of information make it as an excess to be applied to various fields. Each language has a characteristic set of vocabulary to different rules. so that, it needs for a container could be able to accommodate the data vocabulary in order to obtain there are relationship among them. Therefore, the language can be learned easily and still maintained its existence that is not lost even though it was rare to used. Javanese language is one of a local languages in Indonesia with 84.3 million speakers [2][3][4][5], furthermore it will be used as a case study of language in a repository or storage area applying semantic web of technology. In this research begins with designed an ontology and followed by configuration on it, so can be implemented on a web application for the repository Javanese language. The results is a web applications of repository Javanese language that can provide information about the meaning of vocabulary and also examples of the use of the Javanese language word in a simple sentence II. LITERATURE REVIEW A. Related work In some research that have been done about the semantic web, there is a research about the creation of local language repository system using semantic web of technology, which produced an ontology that contains four main components, namely individuals, classes, attributes, and relationships. Ontology is created by mapping GOLD (the General Ontology for Linguistic Description) has been implemented in a prototype system repository for Sundanese language so that the system has been able to store vocabulary (Sunda) and their attributes, and also related to the vocabulary other than the prototype also provides tools for arranging a dictionary in a language and can also be translated into Indonesian [7]. Repository is a term used to define a storage place for data collection that is big enough where those data are in the same domain.
