Therefore, intelligent agent navigation could be facilitated generally by mobile communication. However, agent communication using Wi-Fi access points, may be too costly. To minimize the cost of communication for intelligent agent navigation, this paper presents a Bluetooth based ad-hoc communication system using Wi- Fi access points to improve the agent navigation. The performance of an agent navigation may be compromised due to poor reception of GPS and Wi-Fi signals in indoor environment. The proposed agent navigation system may be converted into an intelligent agent navigation system provided that Bluetooth based ad-hoc communication is taken as a secondary medium to support the navigation in agency. Keywords: GPS, AD-HOC, Navigation System, Primary Medium 1. Introduction The communication systems are not limited to specific or business related applications now a day. These systems are also being used in our daily usable applications. Similarly, Ad-Hoc network system is being integrated in our vehicular transport system. Ad-Hoc is a Latinword that means “created for a particular purpose”. A mobile Ad-Hoc network consists of multiple mobiles, connected wirelessly. Each mobile is free to move in any direction and keeps on changing its associations continuously with respect to its own position. Similarly, in Bluetooth oriented vehicular-hoc network, vehicles are associated with Bluetooth as a communication medium whereas, it is considered as a short range medium for communication. In the current era, it has been a prime factor to help out users in their daily life responsibilities with the help of current technologies and substructure of our environment.Digital devices and networks are playing very vital role to provide better services, in our daily life applications. With the wide spread availability of mobile communication, Bluetooth communication is being used as an individual navigationmedium thathas been refined such that an agent can navigate for a particular network. Outdoor navigation relies on GPS satellites to track the device location. GPS satellite navigation is generally not better for providing accurate positioning and poor reception of GPS signals.GPS based satellite system, International Journal of Computer Science and Information Security (IJCSIS), Vol. 14, No. 11, November 2016 646 https://sites.google.com/site/ijcsis/ ISSN 1947-5500
