The study involved 62 project teams working on consulting, new product development and federal agency. A confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) was conducted to determine the measurement quality of the scales. The results highlight the four of the sic vertical forms of leader behaviours, which include transformational leadership, transactional leadership and empowering leadership, demonstrated stronger relations with their SL behavior.
