So some suggestions have been proposed on linguistics and the theory of translation. Some methodological thoughts on the translations into Turkish have been proposed in a limited grammatical area. Espe- cially the usage of the said language units having some literal values in written texts have been stressed in old and contemporary Turkish. Firstly in theory and practise, participial and converbal clauses must be identified. Then, these clauses and investigated sentences must be searched for their deep structure.
