Another area of interest is lithic procurement and use. Professional Experience 1997-2012 was employed as an archaeologist for the Missouri Department of Transportation. 1981-1996 received 13 archaeological survey grants from the U.S. Department of Interior, National Park Service, administered by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (part- time). 1977 conducted Cultural Resource Management Surveys for the Center for Archaeological Research as a contract employee, Missouri State University (part-time). 1974-1977 conducted an archaeological survey of the Grand River drainage, for the Truman Reservoir Project as a contract employee, University of Missouri, Columbia (part-time).
