ANÁLISE DO TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO COLETIVO EM PEQUENAS CIDADES – TUPACIGUARA E SACRAMENTO/MG CAMILLA FERREIRA GOUVEIA¹ WILLIAM RODRIGUES FERREIRA² RESUMO Sabendo que os conflitos urbanos podem existir, se torna necessário realizar um planejamento de trânsito e transporte para tratar dos problemas surgidos no meio urbano. Tendo em vista que cada pessoa possui uma necessidade particular que a leva a fazer determinado roteiro durante o seu deslocamento, o transporte coletivo se torna um importante componente da mobilidade urbana na era atual, pois influencia diretamente a qualidade de vida da população das cidades. Assim, conhecer as características do perfil do Sistema de Transporte Urbano é de fundamental importância, visando diagnosticar as suas necessidades e sugerindo medidas e propostas para uma melhor qualidade de vida para a população das cidades que são objetos de estudo desse trabalho: Tupaciguara e Sacramento, que buscam uma circulação e mobilidade eficaz e segura. ABSTRACT Knowing that the urban conflicts may exist, it is necessary to plan for traffic and transportation to address the problems in urban areas. Given that each person has a particular need that drives her to make certain route during their displacement, mass transit becomes an important component of urban mobility in the current era, it directly influences the quality of life of the urban population.
