5 REVISTA CIENCIA Y PODER AÉREO Ciencia y Educación Resumen Este artículo muestra algunas de las ac- ciones más importantes de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana para desarrollar, man- tener y mejorar sus procesos relaciona- dos con la gestión de calidad. Recoge los esfuerzos que sobre el tema ha desarro- llado desde 1999 hasta la fecha de este documento (2009) y evidencia lo que se viene realizando en algunas de sus uni- dades de trabajo para facilitar el alcance de los objetivos y el desarrollo de la mi- sión de la FAC. Abstract This paper presents some of the most im- portant actions of the Colombian Air Force to develop, maintain and improve proces- ses related to quality management.
