Todas essas questões incidem na identidade do sujeito, bem como exigem uma nova postura do professor de línguas adicionais/estrangeiras. Por causa disso, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as potencialidades trazidas pelo aplicativo MosaLingua Inglês, versão lite, no que diz respeito ao ensino e à aprendizagem da língua inglesa. Neste artigo, buscou-se analisar as habilidades que podem ser trabalhadas por meio do aplicativo, bem como o conceito de língua subjacente ao mesmo, assim como a questão da autonomia permitida ao usuário. Para alcançar os objetivos, partiu-se de uma revisão teórica que levou em consideração os aspectos relacionados ao ensino de línguas por meio das TDIC. Além disso, utilizou-se uma tabela construída por Sabota e Pereira (no prelo), a qual forneceu categorias para a análise do aplicativo em questão. Como um dos resultados obtidos por meio da pesquisa, tem-se que o aplicativo pode auxiliar na aprendizagem de vocabulários básicos, por meio do exercício das quatro habilidades, porém necessita da mediação do professor para que, de fato, o aluno possa alcançar objetivos de aprendizagem mais complexos. Abstract: Today's society is marked by the confluence of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (CASTELLS, 2006), liquidity (BAUMAN, 2001) and complexity (MORIN, 2007). All of these issues affect the identity of the subject and require a new attitude from the teacher of foreign languages. Considering these aspects, the present study aims to analyze the potential brought by the app MosaLingua, lite version, with regards to the teaching and learning of English. In this research, it was sought to examine the skills that can be worked through the app and the underlying concept of language to it, as well as the issue of autonomy allowed to the user. To achieve the objectives, a theoretical review was carried out taking into account aspects related to language teaching through DICT. In addition, we used a table built by Sabota and Pereira (to be plublished), which provide categories for analyzing apps under scrutiny. One of the results obtained through this research is that the application can assist in basic vocabulary learning, through the practice of the four skills, but needs the teacher's mediation so that, in fact, the student can achieve more complex learning objectives.
