Part One, Background and Theoretical Framework of the Study, justifies the need for the study and presents the theory which will be used as anchor of the study. Part Two, Objectives of the Study, presents the general and specific objectives of the study. Part Three, Significance of the Study, presents the benefits that will be derived from the results of the study. Part Four, Definition of Terms, defines important terms to be used in the study.
